From first inquiry to final film.
The consultation
We start with a video call. In thirty minutes we learn what your wedding day looks and feels like, what moments cannot be missed, and what your vision is for the film. You leave the call with a clear package recommendation and a proposal in your inbox within 48 hours.
The retainer and planning
A 50 percent retainer secures your date. Once locked in, we begin venue walkthroughs when possible, timeline coordination with your planner and photographer, shot list development, and a full pre-wedding check-in within the two weeks before your day.
Your wedding day
We arrive early. We stay until the send-off. We move quietly and efficiently without disrupting the day you have planned. Clients consistently say Jordan helped them feel comfortable, that he made them feel so normal. The most honest footage comes from people who are present in the moment, not performing for the camera.
The edit
Editing begins with music. The right song unlocks the emotional arc of your film. Once the music is chosen, the color grade is built to match the atmosphere of your day. Every cut is made with intention. This is not a rush job. Your film takes the time it deserves.

Your film is delivered through a private gallery. Your main film, social cuts, teaser, and vertical edits all in one place, organized and ready to share or download. How far in advance should we book a wedding videographer in Colorado Springs?
For peak season dates we recommend booking 8 to 12 months in advance. Popular weekends fill quickly and once your date is gone it is gone. The sooner you reach out the better, even just to confirm availability.
Does J Angel Visuals travel for destination weddings outside of Colorado?
Yes. We have filmed in Hawaii, Los Angeles, Costa Rica, and throughout the United States. Destination weddings are quoted individually based on travel requirements and coverage days.
How long does it take to receive our Colorado wedding film?
The Story delivers within 8 weeks, The Film within 6 weeks, The Heirloom within 4 weeks. A social teaser cut is always delivered within 2 weeks so you have something to share immediately.
Can we choose our own music?
Yes. We work with you during the pre-wedding process to select music that reflects your relationship and the feeling of your day. All music used is properly licensed for personal use and sharing.
Do you work alongside our wedding photographer?
Always. We coordinate directly with your photographer to ensure there is never a moment where your photo and video teams are working against each other.

What happens if we need to change our date?
Date changes are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on availability. The retainer is non-refundable but is transferable to a new date if we are available and if the change is communicated with reasonable notice.
