What format should I send my footage in?
Send the highest quality version you have. RAW files, ProRes, H.264, H.265, MP4, MOV — all accepted. The better your source footage, the better the finished product. A secure upload link is sent after your deposit clears.
Do you work with footage from any camera?
Yes. DaVinci Resolve handles every camera format professionally including RED, Sony, Canon, GoPro, DJI drone footage, iPhone, and professional cinema cameras. Color grading is calibrated to your specific footage, not applied as a blanket filter.
How many revisions are included?
Quick Reel and Social Cut packages include 1 revision round. Short Form through Documentary include 2 revision rounds. Additional rounds are available at the hourly editing rate. Most projects resolve cleanly within the included rounds.
Can you add music to my edit?
Yes. Licensed music placement is available as an add-on. If you have your own music or stems, send them with your footage. If you need a licensed track sourced for commercial use, the licensed music add-on covers selection and sync.
What if I just have raw phone footage?
Send it. Jordan has built polished social content from phone footage. The edit, pacing, color grade, and sound mix make the difference. Quality source footage is ideal but it is not a requirement for a great result.
Do you offer ongoing editing retainers?
Yes. Monthly retainer packages are available for content creators, brands, and agencies who need consistent editing output. Retainer clients receive priority scheduling, bundled rates, and a dedicated editing pipeline. Contact Jordan directly to discuss retainer pricing.
Can I get a custom LUT built for my brand?
Yes. Custom LUT creation is available as an add-on. Jordan builds the LUT in DaVinci Resolve using your brand colors, reference footage, and visual identity. The LUT is yours to use on any future footage.
