Before You Book
Rental Policies
Multi-Day Discounts
3-day and 7-day rates are built in — no need to ask. The longer the shoot, the more you save per day.
Security Deposit
A refundable damage deposit is required at booking depending on the value of gear rented. Returned in full upon clean return.
Rental Agreement
A simple rental agreement is sent at confirmation. It covers your responsibilities, return condition expectations, and damage terms.
Local Pickup
All rentals are pickup and drop-off in Colorado Springs. We confirm location at booking. Available most weekdays and weekends with advance notice.
Drone Certification
A valid FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate is required to rent the DJI Air 3. Proof must be provided at booking.
Returns
All gear must be returned in the same condition received — clean, intact, and in its original case. Late returns incur an additional daily rate.
